Changes and Cancellation of Services

For changes or cancellations of truck delivery services, contact us at (+63 2 7757 0194 or +63 917 123 0478). Please note that we cannot refund delivery or storage fees, and changing your order might lead to additional charges.

No changes or cancellations are allowed after payment. We'll do our best to meet your needs, but availability issues might prevent changes. If your delivery needs to be rescheduled, we will inform you and coordinate a new time.

Adjusting your service, delivery date, or time after setting an order can incur extra costs, especially if the new delivery date is more than 5 days from the original date. You will be charged current storage rates. We must receive payment for any additional fees before completing your order.


Order Cancellation

Once confirmed and paid for, orders cannot be cancelled. This applies to cash payments as well. If you need assistance, contact our support team at the numbers provided. Any promotional codes used will not be restored.

Refunds will revert to the original payment method for credit and debit cards, and E-wallets. For other methods, you can opt for a CWC Interiors gift card, a bank check, or an online transfer. Refunds are processed within the stated period.
