Pendant Lamp A331 "Beehive"

Nicknamed ‘Beehive’, Alvar Aalto’s A331 is an iconic design that can be found both in homes and public spaces alike. On the flip side, when unlit, the fixture retains its distinctive sculptural presence, true to its nickname. But when switched on, it emits a warm, diffused light, a result of the sophisticated design featuring several rows of perforated steel rings, initially created for the University of Jyväskylä in Finland (1953).
